Gretchen Olsen, CAPM®

Gretchen graduated cum laude from Georgia State University with a degree in business management. She joined Raymond James in 2014, bringing with her more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry, ranging from support, operations and, since 2007, technology education. Prior to starting with Raymond James, Gretchen’s financial career started at Smith Barney in Atlanta, Georgia, where she played a central role in instructing offices all over the country during the technology platform integration of Smith Barney and Morgan Stanley, one of the largest mergers in the financial industry.

Since joining Raymond James, Gretchen has been responsible for assisting her offices in building and improving efficiencies through the application of technology. She has also been a key part of many successful application and technology rollouts and initiatives, including playing an influential role in the recent Alex. Brown merger.

For the past 14 years, Gretchen has lived in Colorado while enjoying many of the state’s outdoor activities and is always excited about ski season.
