Ryan Cronauer
I am a recent graduate from the Penn State Smeal College of Business where I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Finance and am a Schreyer Honors College scholar. During undergraduate, I completed a thesis regarding post-earnings announcement drift and also interned in wealth management throughout my academic career and obtained the Series 7 and 63 licenses during my sophomore and junior summer, respectively. I joined the Accelerated Development Program as an analyst because not only did Raymond James feel like home from my first interaction, but it also offered an opportunity unlike any other. The competitive but friendly culture is unparalleled and will enable me to thrive in my rotations and determine where I can best help Raymond James progress as a firm. I am on the Sales & Trading track with rotations through Syndicate, Fixed Income Trading, and Asset Management Services. In my personal time, I enjoy working on cars, pick up lacrosse games, and watersports whenever possible.
Phillip deGolian
I am a Cum Laude graduate of the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. I supported my education by working in automotive sales, business operations, and financial consulting. My education, personal network, and work experience led me to pursue a career in financial services, and I have begun my professional career with Raymond James as an analyst in the Accelerated Development Program. This highly competitive position provides a robust experience in a range of business areas within Risk and Operations, while working closely with Raymond James senior management. A native of Atlanta, I love golf, exercise, working on cars, exploring new music, and rooting for the Dawgs on Saturdays in the fall!
Logan Grosenbacher
I graduated with a Finance major and an Accounting minor from the Sam M. Walton College of business at the University of Arkansas. Previously, I held positions at Tyson Foods, Texas Heritage Bank, and Rebsamen Trust Student Fund. My education and previous work experience led me to a position in the Accelerated Development Program here at Raymond James. This unique and challenging program will provide diverse opportunities within the Private Client Group’s investment products, education, and retirement solutions. Originally from Boerne, Texas, I enjoy fishing, traveling, playing sports, hunting, and cheering for the Dallas Cowboys and the San Antonio Spurs.

I hold an honors Bachelor’s degree in accounting and a Master of Accountancy from University of Arkansas, as well as a Master of Public Administration from Tsinghua University in Beijing, China. Prior to the ADP program, I have had professional experiences at Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Boston Consulting Group, United Nations, and Asian Development Bank. I am in the Capital Markets track rotating through Public Finance/Debt Investment Banking, Investment Banking, and Equity Research. The primary driver in choosing Raymond James is its culture. The firm truly values client-first where the client-facing wealth management practice have served as fundamental building blocks fueling the success of Raymond James.
I like to travel the world and provide international development work in underprivileged and developing countries such as Brazil, Mozambique, Turkey, Thailand, the Philippines and more. While abroad, I especially enjoyed volunteering for the education sector, such as working with youth in primary, secondary schools or universities.
Quan Nguyen
I recently graduated from the University of South Florida with a B.S. in Finance. After college, I wanted to work at a successful, growing firm while being close to family and found Raymond James to be an excellent fit. As an ADP Analyst on the Financial Analysis & Accounting track, I have learned so much within the first few months and even met several senior leaders. My two favorite things about Raymond James are the firm’s genuine willingness to put client’s first and its family-oriented culture. In my spare time, I enjoy exploring local restaurants, running, and reading about topics relating to technology and personal development.
Chelsea Oppenheim
I received my Bachelor of Science degree in finance and accounting with honors from the University of Miami and am currently on the Financial Analysis and Accounting Track in the Accelerated Development Program, rotating through Raymond James Bank, Cash Management, and Corporate & Executive Services.
Raymond James stood out to me during my job search because of the unique culture it provides within the financial services industry. I chose Raymond James because the company is genuinely supportive of employees achieving their goals and exceling in their careers, evidenced by the willingness of executives to sit down and share their experiences with you. I am so excited to be a part of the ADP Program and have the opportunity to learn multiple areas of the business.
During my time at the University of Miami, I was on the dance team for three years and became captain. My favorite memories were traveling with the team to Greensboro, Washington D.C., and New York City for basketball tournaments.
Nino Thompson
I was born and raised in La Paz, Bolivia, where I attended a French high-school and graduated with a French Baccalaureate in Economics and Social Sciences. Upon graduation, I came the U.S. and attended the University of Tampa, where I graduated with a B.S. in Finance and a concentration in applied investments and financial models. I applied and joined Raymond James because I was fascinated by the firm's culture, and the fact that we have a business model geared towards helping financial advisors change people's lives really appealed to me. I also realized that Raymond James has a unique opportunity to grow within the sector and that I would be able to contribute to the success of the company while doing what I'm most passionate about. As a senior in college, I was uncertain about the position and department that I wanted to work in, so I applied to the Accelerated Development Program in order to rotate throughout different departments of the company and learn more about our business within the finance and accounting track.
I'm fluent in French, Spanish, English, and I'm currently learning Portuguese. Within a five-year period, I will learn Swedish and visit the country to see the northern lights. Besides finance, I'm passionate about foreign affairs, soccer, and Formula 1.
