The Executive Compensation Services (ECS) team is available to host educational workshops to empower public company executives and employees to make informed decisions concerning their equity compensation and employer stock holdings.
The ECS team partners with public companies as their broker to help facilitate option exercises, ESPP and RSU/RSA vestings. Examples include cashless stock option exercises and selling to cover for taxes.
With extensive experience designing 10b5-1 plans, the team focuses on each individual’s specific objectives and price targets. ECS then uses their trading expertise to execute the plan per the parameters set by the client and their advisor. The team can also provide continuing education to company employees and management about evolving 10b5-1 best practices.
