Kevin Kilbane

Kevin Kilbane is vice president, managing director of acquisitions, West Region, for Raymond James Affordable Housing Investments. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of property acquisitions for the company in the Western United States as well as managing the distribution of RJAHI’s California funds to investors. Prior to joining Raymond James, he worked as an independent consultant responsible for placing equity for LIHTC developers and spent 10 years at a major national syndicator, where he was a member of the executive management team responsible for acquisitions, equity sales and staff management. Kevin received a bachelor's degree in business economics from the College of Wooster in Wooster, Ohio.
