Scott Garfinkel

Scott Garfinkel joined Raymond James in 2012 as a result of the company’s acquisition of Morgan Keegan. Prior to that, he had been at Morgan Keegan since 1993 after beginning his investment banking career with Bowles Hollowell Conner & Company in Charlotte, N.C. In addition to cofounding the convenience store and retail petroleum practices at Morgan Keegan, he was co-head of the Mergers & Acquisitions group and head of the Consumer group. He has completed a wide variety of transactions over the years in nearly all industry sectors. Mr. Garfinkel received an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of North Carolina, graduating Phi Beta Kappa.
