The Pride Financial Advisors Network welcomes advisors, clients, prospects and allies who are passionate about championing the LGBTQ+ community. Whether you identify within or simply serve the LGBTQ+ community, the network invites you to thrive as your most authentic self.

  • The idea for the Pride Financial Advisors Network was first sparked when an experienced advisor, Thomas Hake, joined Raymond James and began seeking ways to align with other LGBTQ+ advisors to help meet the financial planning needs of the LGBTQ+ community. He worked to develop and share his ideas with other professionals in addition to running his practice. Tom met with the firm’s executive leadership team and solidified plans for a kickoff. The result was the Pride Financial Advisors Network – an initiative that promotes equality, encourages advisors to be their authentic selves and fosters a more inclusive firm for all. The network made its official debut in June 2020.

  • The Pride Financial Advisors Network champions advisors, clients, prospects and allies who identify within or serve the LGBTQ+ community. Together, we work to understand the history of the LGBTQ+ community, recognize the challenges and celebrate the wins. We consider it our responsibility to help forge the future of finance through equal opportunity, fair representation and dedicated community involvement.

  • In addition to contributing their time and expertise to help LGBTQ+ advisors and their clients strive for their goals, the members of the Pride Financial Advisors Network Council are among the firm's most accomplished advisors.
