Women’s Advisory Council

women's advisory councilThe Women’s Advisory Council represents not just women advisors, but some of the most talented advisors at Raymond James. These dynamic and inspirational women take their roles as mentors seriously because they understand that strong leadership will pave the way for women advisors who come after them. These are powerful women who take the time to offer guidance and direction to experienced advisors and trainees alike, to help them navigate an ever-changing marketplace. They offer important perspective because they know where you’ve been and the obstacles you face. More important, they know where you want to go.

Their experience and business styles are as diverse as they are, which only adds to the breadth of advice and guidance they impart to peers across the firm. Each of these women has her own story and her own unique professional history, but they do share one thing: a fierce desire to empower women advisors to excel. Their goal and the network's, as a whole, is to make it easier for you to grow your business with the backing of a community of like-minded financial professionals.

Together, they also set the agenda for our annual Women's Symposium and serve as resources for branch managers and senior management in their efforts to recruit and retain the top female financial advisors. We’d call them overachievers, but they'd tell you it's all in a day's work.

These women truly are among the brightest at Raymond James – and they want to hear from you. Feel free to contact any of them to learn exactly what makes the Women Financial Advisors Network so unique and valuable to advisors like you.
